Building Africa's Feedback Infrastructure
We believe every business deserves to know what their customers think — and every customer deserves to be heard.
Our Story
NiceReply was founded in 2026 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with a simple observation: the world's leading customer experience tools were built for markets where everyone has a smartphone, speaks English, and pays in dollars. That leaves out most of Africa.
70% of African consumers use feature phones. They communicate via SMS and USSD, not web forms. They speak Swahili, not just English. And the businesses that serve them operate on budgets that make $1,500/month SaaS subscriptions impossible.
We built Mteja Sauti — Africa's first customer experience platform that works on every phone, in every language, at prices that make sense for African businesses. Because every voice deserves to be heard.
Our Mission
Give every business the tools to hear their customers — regardless of language, device, or location.
Our Vision
A continent where every voice is heard and every business listens.
Our Values
Customer-first
Every decision starts with the question: does this make it easier for businesses to hear their customers?
Local-first
We build for African realities — local languages, local channels, local payment methods, local pricing.
Security-first
Customer feedback data is sacred. We protect it with enterprise-grade encryption, compliance, and audit trails.
Open
Open APIs, transparent pricing, honest communication. We believe trust is earned through openness.
